These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of TeamSynco (the “Service”), operated by Advanced Management Solutions (“AMS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, joining a room, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Leaders create an account with a valid email; participants may join rooms with a display name only. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- collect other users' personal information without consent.
3. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (names, words, drawings, responses, and similar). You grant AMS a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks (including “TeamSynco” and the AMS marks), is owned by AMS and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
5. Privacy
We process limited data needed to provide the Service, such as account details and gameplay results. We do not sell your personal information. Where consent options are presented, we default to the most privacy-preserving choice.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to AMS or other users.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
